Dunedin sits just up Alternate 19 from our office, and its scale suits the way we like to work: established neighborhoods, a walkable downtown of small storefronts and restaurants, and homeowners who care about craft.
Building in Dunedin
Dunedin runs its own building division, and downtown properties can fall under additional design guidelines. Waterfront and near-water homes along St. Joseph Sound carry the same coastal considerations as the rest of Pinellas County: flood zone elevations, wind-borne debris protection, and FEMA substantial-improvement limits on major renovations.
Much of Dunedin's housing dates from the 1950s through the 1980s, which makes it prime territory for the projects we do most: opening up floor plans, kitchen and bath remodels, and additions that match the character of the original house instead of fighting it.
The work we take on here
Home renovations and additions, kitchen and bath remodels, and buildouts for the shops and restaurants that keep downtown Dunedin busy.
