How we work on new builds
Every custom home starts with a feasibility walk of the lot. We look at setbacks, elevation requirements, drainage, and access before any plans are drawn. From there we coordinate architecture, structural engineering, and all civil work, then manage the build through every trade.
You have one point of contact for the entire project. Weekly walk-throughs, a live schedule you can access at any time, and change orders that are clearly documented before any work changes.
