Clearwater is home base. Our office sits in the Countryside area, which means walk-throughs, site visits, and inspections across the city happen on our schedule, not a drive-time schedule.
Building in Clearwater
Most of Clearwater falls under the City of Clearwater's own building department, with unincorporated pockets handled by Pinellas County. We prepare and track permits with both jurisdictions and plan schedules around their review timelines rather than treating permitting as an afterthought.
Closer to the water, the rules change: coastal high-hazard zones, FEMA flood elevations, and wind-borne debris requirements all shape what can be built and how. We design and estimate with those constraints on the table from the first conversation — no surprises at plan review.
The work we take on here
Residential renovations and additions, kitchen and bath remodels, new custom homes, and commercial buildouts for the offices, restaurants, and storefronts along Gulf-to-Bay, Cleveland Street, and US 19. If a project is within city limits, it's in our backyard.
